The ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of experience in home maintenance, repair, and remodeling. We are looking to build a team of great people who take pride in their work.

Responsibilities:

• Complete small to medium maintenance/repairs at homes in and around Boulder County

• Communicate with homeowners and/or realtors about the scope of work and manage expectations

• Champion a ‘Gold Standard” approach to every job

• Manage time to effectively meet deadlines

• Open doors to future work

Job Requirements:

• Strong ‘multi-skill’ Handyman background desired

• Strong carpentry, drywall, and/or painting background desired

• Nice to have/own ‘day to day’ tools of the trade

• Ability to accurately forecast the time needed on various tasks

• Strong ability to prioritize and time manage projects

• Comfortable working while clients are home

• Team player who can work independently
